After customer pays it takes you guys forever to pay me why

We know timely payments are important for your business. For first-time users, your initial payments will be deposited within 5 business days as we complete your account setup. After that, future payments will be deposited faster. You can check your account to see how long deposits take.

Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings , then select Account and settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Once done, you can also check the status of your deposit.

If you manually enter ACH payments, they might be delayed due to extra security checks. For credit card payments typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
