Question

Beginning April 16, my QB Online will not advance to the next transaction when I enter a payment, transfer, etc and the prompt is "Save and New". The screen basically freezes and will not clear unless I exit out of the screen and re-open.

Hi there, cdtarp. When you click a button in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and it does not advance to the next transaction, it suggests that pop-up windows are being blocked.

 

If you are using Google Chrome, open the browser and select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner. Go to Settings > Advanced > Content settings under Privacy and security > Switch the setting to Allowed or Blocked. If you prefer to keep pop-ups blocked, you can add an exception for QBO. Next to Allow, click Add, then enter qbo.intuit.com and select Add.
