Categorising new transactions

Hi, I am trying to categorised new transactions but get an error message: QBM.error.00001186.reason.iPhone 

this is for all transactions. Any suggestions? I have reinstalled the app but unsuccessful, still showing error message. Many thanks

Hello there, Marleen. Error 00001186 in the QuickBooks Mobile app indicates a data sync conflict or a corrupted cache during transaction categorization.

 

Since the error continues after reinstalling the app, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team. They can take a deeper look into your account and help resolve the underlying issue. Just navigate to the Menu page > click the (?) Help icon > select Articles and Support > From there select Contact Us and follow the prompts.

 

In the meantime, a quick workaround is to use your mobile browser. Just head to qbo.intuit.com and log in there to categorize your transactions as usual.
