Does payment take days to show up

Yes, it's normal for a payment to show as paid in QuickBooks Online (QBO) but not appear in your bank account right away. It usually takes a few business days for the money to transfer from your customer's bank to yours.

Deposits from credit card payments generally take 1 business day. However, for online payments like ACH or bank transfers, the total processing time can range from 1 to 5 business days.
