Question

find transactions by typing part of the name

Hi,
Until this morning, I was able to quickly find transactions by simply typing part of the name and the amount — for example, typing "Smith 100" would show a $100 transaction to John Smith on 08/05/2025.
Now this no longer works — typing a name and amount together doesn't return any results.

Did something change in the search function? Is there a new setting I need to enable?

Thanks in advance!

I've got troubleshooting steps to help you successfully search a specific transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Atrbsg.

Let's start by adding Intuit as a trusted site. Next, clear your browser's cached data and any cookies associated with Intuit. Additionally, your computer’s internet speed and web browser version can impact the software's performance. To ensure a smooth experience, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of your browser and have a stable internet connection.
