Form 1099-K Not Available

I have been trying to access Form 1099-K and the website says its not available. I have confirmed that we've reached the threshold, all our company information is accurate, and it is not included on any statements. Is anyone else having this problem? How were you able to retreive it? So far the online chat has not helped, but just sent me in circles on the website.

I appreciate you checking in on your 1099-K, @Office503. Can you confirm which website you used to try and access the form? Just a heads-up that it can only be downloaded through the Merchant Service Center in the Activity & Reports section.

If you're already there and it’s still not available, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They’ll be able to determine if there’s a delay or issue with the form’s generation.
