How can I auto-check the sales tax box when invoicing? It is the same % every time and I have to manually check the box for tax for each item.

1. Navigate to Sales, then select Products & Services.
2. Locate the item you wish to designate as taxable, then click Edit.
   
3. In the Sales Tax Category drop-down, set the item as Taxable.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
   
   
    

With these settings in place, when creating an invoice, the system will automatically mark the selected products and services as taxable.
