How do I connect my Etsy shop?

I don’t see any option or app to do so

To get started, follow these steps to browser and integrate the Etsy in QBO.

Go to the Apps menu, and then search for Sync with Etsy.
Select Get app now.
Follow the prompts provided until you're able to integrate Etsy.

Thank you so much for the reply, but that’s just the problem — I don’t have an apps menu anywhere. I’ve looked everywhere I can think of and googled and googled. It’s not anywhere.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online Solopreneur, the option to link to the Etsy shop is unavailable, which is why the Apps menu is not visible. Additionally, you might want to upgrade your subscription plan where the Etsy connector can be accessed.

I disconnected Sync with Etsy and am trying to download it again and install but it isn't showing up in the app store
