Hi there, @cparowski! If you have QuickBooks Payments or a Checking account, you can use the mobile check deposit. Just a heads-up, if it's a physical check, you need to go to your bank to deposit it.
Please know that mobile check deposit is not available to all customers since this is subject to eligibility criteria, and your Checking account must be active and in good standing. You will know if you are qualified because the option to Deposit checks is available when you click the Get Money tab.
Also, it might take up to five business days to fund your check since we're working to get it as quickly as possible. To start depositing here, you can begin by entering the check details. Here's how:
Sign in to your QuickBooks account from a mobile device and go to your Cash Flow screen.
In the QuickBooks Checking homepage, pick Send Money.
Choose Deposit checks. If this does not show, you are not eligible yet.
Type in the check amount and make sure it does not exceed the limit the screen is showing. Keep in mind that deposit limits cannot be increased for mobile check deposit-qualified customers.
