How do I pay bills across multiple pages in the Pay Bills window in QuickBooks Online?

When in QB online and going to Pay Bills and selecting certain bills to pay but have multiple pages so go to Next Page for the next page of bills to choose from, the balance goes to $0.00 on the first page unselecting the bills to pay on that page.  How am I able to go from page to page and keep a running total of what I'm paying and be able to pay multiple bills from two different pages in one check run.

Here's how to pay bills in QuickBooks Online.

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Expense & Pay Bills.
  2. Select Pay Bills.
  3. Select the account you want to pay the bill(s) from in the Payment account dropdown menu. Tip: if you select a checking or savings account, you can enter the Starting check no.
  4. Select the Payment date.
  5. Select the bill(s) you want to pay.
  6. Select Save.

If you need to pay more bills than those shown on the first page, you can use the gear icon to change the number of rows per page to up to 300 before walking through the steps above.

Ensuring you stay organized and efficiently handle your payments without missing any important deadlines is our top priority, MLC1501.

We can adjust the ROW feature using the small Gear icon to display up to 300 transactions at once. However, if you have more than 300 transactions, you'll still need to complete the payments on the first page before you can access and pay the bills listed on the second page.

I've added a screenshot for your reference:
