Allow me to ensure you can receive invoice payments online using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Mamakin.

 

Sometimes, outdated or corrupted files stored in the browser can cause a missing option. I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to isolate this. Additionally, please ensure you’re using a supported and up-to-date browser, as this ensures optimal performance and security when working with QBSE.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They have the tools and access to check your account and provide the necessary steps to successfully sign up and connect your payments in your QBSE account.

 

Please note our Support team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our Live Chat has extended hours, operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To receive invoice payments through QuickBooks Self-Employed, you’ll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices menu.
  2. Select Create invoice.
  3. Select Activate Payments.              
  4. Complete the Accept Payments forms.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

It does not give me the option to activate payments at the bottom of the invoice.
