How long does it take for my first payment to actually deposit into my QuickBooks account?

The initial deposits take slightly longer as we work on setting up your merchant account. Rest assured, future deposits will be processed much faster once the setup is complete.

You can visit the Deposit Speed section in your QBO account to check how long it takes to receive the payments you process. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Payments tab.
4. Check the Deposit Speed section.
