How long does it take to funds be deposited

For those who are new to QuickBooks Payments, it will take approximately 5 business days for funds to be deposited into your account. As it will take a process to set up the account.

Initial deposits might take a bit longer while we complete your account setup.  After the setup is finalized, payments from customers will be processed and deposited faster.

To check the deposit speed. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings  and select Account and settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

To check the deposit status. Here’s how:

        1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

        2. Go to Sales & Get Paid, then QuickBooks Payouts.

        3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
