I understand how important timely payments are, especially when they affect your cash flow. Please note that deposit speeds vary based on the payment processing product used and the type of payment. To check your specific deposit speed, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online dashboard.
  2. Select the Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

You can also track the status of your payment directly in QuickBooks Online by going to Sales & Get Paid and selecting QuickBooks Payouts.

If everything in QuickBooks looks correct but the funds still haven’t arrived, I recommend contacting your bank, as they can sometimes place holds on incoming deposits.
