If you meet the requirements, the mobile check deposit option will automatically appear on your end. To deposit your check:
- Sign in to the QuickBooks mobile app and navigate to the Menu tab > Cash Flow > Cash flow overview.
- From your QuickBooks Checking home page, tap Send Money.
- Select Deposit checks. Note: If this option is missing, your account isn't yet eligible.
- Enter the check amount. Make sure it doesn't exceed the displayed limit.
Next, endorse your check by signing the back and writing "For mobile deposit only" under your signature. Finally, review the check details and note the estimated funds availability, then select Finish depositing.
