I no longer accept credit cards on my website. I direct my customers to Quickbooks for them to pay me. Do I still need to purchase a PCI compliance package?

I have very few customers who pay by credit card, but that's the nature of my business. Most remit by checks. I only invoice about six times a month. A few send Zelle or CashApp payments, and a rare few get Square invoices, and I do not keep their cards on file. I had signed up for Quickbooks payments, but the sales rep said nothing to me about the $150 annual fee for compliance (which I think was rather sneaky), so I dropped QB payments. It was totally not worth it, as I only used it once in three months.

If you take credit cards through QB, you need to use the compliance subscription.
