To find an invoice you want to pay in QuickBooks Online, follow these quick steps:

1. Head to the All apps menu.
2. Go to Expenses & Pay Bills.
3. Navigate to the Pay bills tab in the upper-right corner of your screen.
4. Select the bill(s) you want to pay.
5. Click Mark as paid to select or set the Payment date.
6. Hit Save and close once done.
