Hello,
We are currently having issues with our clients receiving their invoices. I spoke with the help desk, but to no avail, the problem still exists. It is particularly important for our client to receive their invoices in a timely manner, as it is for us to receive their payment.

I truly welcome any advice that can resolve this issue.

Thank you.

Timely invoices are indeed essential to ensure smooth payment processes, Peter.

There are possible reasons why you're clients are having issues with receiving their invoices. I'll outline the following:

  • Incorrect email addresses for your clients. A simple typo can prevent invoices from being delivered.
  • Emails are sent to their spam or junk email folders. Sometimes, automated emails can be filtered out by email providers.

Within that context, I recommend checking your client's email addresses and advising your clients to check their spam or junk email folders.

On top of that, clear and re-enter your email address and those of your clients. Then, create a test invoice and send it to yourself to check if it’s delivered. This will help identify if the issue is with the system or specific clients.

If the issue persists after proper configuration, clear your browser's cache to refresh the system. Use a supported and updated browser for optimal QuickBooks performance.

However, if the problem remains, contact our live support team again. Our representatives are ready to assist you and help you get back to business smoothly.

Meanwhile, consider downloading the invoice as a PDF and sending it manually.
