There isn't a dedicated option to add payment modes directly to estimates. However, you can inform your customers about your accepted payment methods by entering those details in the Note to customer box.
If you plan to accept deposits on your estimates via debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers in the future, you can sign up for QuickBooks Payments. Once you later convert your estimate into an invoice, the paid deposit is automatically applied as a partial payment.
