Mobile app won't transfer money to bank

Before we begin, I'd like to know if you're transferring money from one account to another using the QuickBooks Money app? If so, could you please confirm if you received any error messages while attempting to transfer money to your bank? This would help me assist you better and provide a direct response.
 

For now, ensure your internet is stable when attempting to transfer and your app is updated. To do so, go to your Google Play Store or App Store.
