I need the new Payment Links experience for our company so we can access the public link and use URL parameters (name= and email=) as intended.

Hello there, TMFNP. We can customize the payment link to highlight your business name by using email, text, or your social channels.

It helps you ensure a seamless experience for your clients during the payment process.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to All apps, select Sales & Get Paid, then click Payment links.
  2. Choose Create a link.
  3. Select the link type and select Next:
    • One-time payment link: Works once and expires after use.
    • Multi-use payment link: Works for multiple customers and can be used repeatedly.
  4. Choose Customize now to add your business name for a professional look.
  5. Enter the Amount and Description.
  6. Toggle your preferred payment methods.
  7. Select Create link.

I've also included this page to help you check the status of your payment links: Send Payment Links in QuickBooks.

I'll be here if you need more help with QBO-related concerns.
