PCI self eval asks for TPSA statements about the storage of cc info, password changes to access the info etc. I am answering the questions and would like to make sure I have asked the questions and received the answers from QBO. Where do I go or do they put out a document/

Great question, Roger. I know PCI compliance is essential for protecting cardholder information and maintaining trust with customers. I'll ensure you get the document you need.

Please note that the compliance document, Attestations of Compliance, and Attestations of Validation are available in the Intuit Compliance Portal.

If you have other questions or require further assistance, I recommend contacting your PCI service provider. If you're using SecurityMetrics, their support team is available to help.

We always strive to ensure you get the most out of your experience with QuickBooks Payments. If you have any questions about PCI compliance, leave a comment below—my team and I are here for you. Have a wonderful day!
