The routing number in Payment Information is wrong, and it’s grayed out so I can’t change it during resubscription. Where can I edit it?

Could you confirm if the payment method you're trying to update is the same one you previously saved in QuickBooks Online (QBO)?

Since it doesn't let you change the routing number specifically, it's easier to add a new payment method instead of trying to modify the old one. You can do this by clicking the + Add payment method button in the Payment Information section. Then, enter the correct banking details as a new entry.

QuickBooks may gray out banking fields if there's a pending verification, such as those tiny test deposits, or if the bank account was previously declined. By adding the account fresh, you can avoid issues related to cached data from your previous resubmission attempt.
