Transfer fee

All ACH transactions have a 1 % fee with $20 capped per transaction, Faulkenberry. Processing fees differ based on the payment method used. I'll provide more details about it.

Is this regarding an invoice payment from a client? If so, the amount processed incurs a fee of $10.

Here are the fees for different payment methods: 2.5% for swiped cards, 2.9% for invoiced transactions, and 3.5% for keyed entries. ACH payment fees depend on the amount being processed.

If this transaction involves transferring funds from one bank to another, please contact your bank to verify if the charges are legitimate.

Additionally, if you need to refund an ACH transaction with a convenience fee, you can do so using the Merchant Service Center.
