Trying to deposit checks into QuickBooks checking using the online app and the money app. It keeps saying something needs to be fixed, but doesn’t tell me what.

I have tried multiple different checks I have taken several pictures with different lighting and different angles. I have verified endorsements, dates, and amounts. No luck.

When using our Mobile Deposit feature, checks have specific eligibility requirements for successful processing.

 

Please double-check that your check adheres to all of the following:

 

  • It must be payable to you and include your endorsement.
  • The check must be drawn from a U.S. bank or U.S. territory account.
  • We can only process standard business or personal checks.

 

Aside from that, the system does not accept the following types of checks:

 

  • Non-demand deposit account (post no debits)
  • Credit card check
  • Line of credit, home equity, or a brokerage check
  • Foreign checks (routing number not registered by the American Banking Association)
  • Travelers checks
  • Savings bonds
  • US Treasury checks
  • 3rd party checks (not payable to you)
