Unable to Charge Payments to Customers

I have been QBO now for over two years. I used to charge my clients via QBO and QBO used to charge me 1% of all ACH transactions.

however, as I grew they became expensive so I moved to another vendor for payment.

Now after 6 months, I came back to QBO for charging payments to my customers because some kind of promotion going on where ACH processing fee is 0%.

Now the problem I am facing is my customers are able to pay them but I am unable to charge myself. Like I have the bank account, I have put in all the details and it says bank incorrect or security concerns. Tried with all my customers and facing the same issue.

I tried to talk to customer rep but nobody is able to help me. Can’t even open support ticket. I am really disappointed at QBO customer support, they really can’t help you. They don’t even know that ACH 0% promotion exists. This should be nightmare for QBO to provide such kind of customer service. Nobody is willing to help me out.
