With your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you just simply need to click the Help icon to get in touch with our phone support.
The support operating hours for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start version is from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM. On Saturday, support hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time.
If you're using QBO Advanced, the support operation is 24/7. To reach out to them, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Help menu.
From the Assistant tab, type your concern. Example: Banking.
Then, type Talk to a Human and click the Get help from a human option.

I've got the steps on how to pay payroll taxes in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @vkapoor55.
If you're using QBO Payroll Enhanced, you can pay your payroll taxes through the Taxes page.
1. Click on Taxes at the left pane, then select Payroll Taxes.
2. Tap on Pay Taxes under the Payroll Tax Center.
3. Next to the payment you want to pay, select Create Payment (if you'll be paying taxes electronically) and Record Payment (if you'll be paying taxes manually). Follow the on-screen pop-ups to continue the process.

After waiting until the time stated on their recording It continues to state that the office is closed. Then searching online reveals that it is an hour later. I have wasted too much time waiting already. East coast is not important to the QB people. Your phone recordings and Virtual assistants are useless also. Answer the phone with real people and get to work. That is what I am paying for! And NO this is not an inconvenience. This is an intentional action on the part of Quickbooks.
