Whom does QB work with for PCI compliance? I keep getting calls and emails from companies saying they work with QB on this but I don't know them.

If you have an active QuickBooks Payments account and are processing credit card payments, please note that PCI compliance is required. While QuickBooks has partnered with Security Metrics, know that you are still free to choose any company to assist with your PCI compliance needs.

It's also worth noting that QuickBooks won’t make outbound calls. Instead, we’ll only send you email reminders to help you stay PCI compliant. To verify if the call is from Security Metrics, you can contact them directly. They can also provide guidance if you decide to use them as your partner for PCI compliance.
