Question

Why are some invoices showing unpaid even though they were? This is very irritating because then I might hit "send reminder" to someone that actually did pay.

It's been an increasing problem the last couple of months, was never an issue before.

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community forum. To look into this, we can first review your transaction status in the Merchant Center.

 

If there's an issue with the payment processing, you'll usually see an alert there, or you can check your email for any status updates from us. However, if everything looks correct in the Merchant Center, we can run through a few quick troubleshooting steps by opening your account in an incognito window or using a different browser to rule out any cache-related issues.

 

In the meantime, you can manually mark the invoice as paid so your books stay accurate. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices menu on the left sidebar.
  2. Find the invoice that remains unpaid.
  3. Under the Action column, click the small dropdown arrow (▼).
  4. Select Mark as paid.
