I am.having difficulty in performing journal entry using phone but thru website and utilising desktop version.For some reason on journal page no keyboard appears and when I press the account tab the chart of account appear and instantiously disappear have no opportunity to find relative account to perform a journal entry what is Iinteresting keyboard only appears when I insert date of transaction .on journal page .Any input would be grateful should I use a tablet perhaps or computer perhaps as opposed to using mobile phone .

Constantly getting a message that it’s having trouble connecting my bank account and to try again later. Any ideas on why?

I have tried all day to save receipts to receipt snap but when I go to review receipt there is nothing.

I am trying gold to perform a journal entry from.quickbooks without any luck Please note I am using my mobile phone to achieve this .Once I have entered the journal page and attempt to press the account tab so I can enter relative account the chart of account appear only for 5 seconds and disappear of page ot enough time to perform entry tried numerous times in vain .cannot explain why this is occurring perhaps I should be using computer not phone.Any assistance or advice would be much appreciated .

Hi,I use the quickbooks time to invoice customers.For some reason there are some jobs not showing in my schedule and therefore have not been invoiced!!!I have selected all the active jobs for all the team members but nothing shows for this particular job.

I can scan the receipt and then upload it next. The App says that the photo was uploaded, and it has got it. But it disappears

I want to add notes of what work was completed on each invoice. Currently I put the details in the item and it doesn’t go across the page. It goes more down than anything. I want to add notes to it that is easy to add and makes it neat on the invoice. I’ve tried adding notes and attachments but it isn’t working.Sent · 5:23 PM
