When I use ABA files, it pays the gross amount in wages but should pay the net amount. How do I fix this?

ABA files generated for payroll should not pay PAYG, unless they have been specifically set up to do so.

Use this guide on PAYG in ABA files as a reference. Check the relevant section, and ensure that you do not have that setting enabled.

If you check and the PAYG in ABA setting is not selected, then contact our support team so we can troubleshoot directly:

1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
2. On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
3. Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
