Does anyone know how to get rid of the Claire ad that appears on the Workforce app? There is not a "X" to close it which is causing difficulty for employees to enter time

Before we proceed, please note that Clair On-Demand Pay is not an advertisement but a new feature that allows employees of QuickBooks Online Payroll customers to access early payments.

To get rid of this feature from popping up so your employees won’t see it, you can disable it directly by following these steps in your QuickBooks account via web browser:

1. Go to the Payroll settings.
2. Select Shared Data.
3. Uncheck Provide On-Demand Pay to your employees, straight to their existing debit card account. Powered by Clair.

However, if you’re unable to opt out or do not see the option to do so, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They have the tools, such as screen-sharing, to securely access your account and provide a real-time resolution.
