Hey all, Need help setting up online payments for QB. Been through about 10 different support agents who either keep passing me off to different departments or just leave the chat, after about 3-4hrs, still at square one. Back in January 2021 I applied to have my online payments verified, which was denied. Now I want to try the process again, but none of the online documents I have found allow me to start the process.I can't see the "Set Up Payments" button in the invoices section, I can't log onto the merchant center as it gives me an error that I'm not the "account admin". I am using Self-Employed and based in Canada. Not sure what other information is relevant, happy to share anything. Tips and suggestions welcome. Thanks!

Hi Can anyone Please  help me with this issue . I have accidently finished  reconciliation  my Bank for this month . I still have few days left. I believe I can start again put Ending balance for September 30th and finally finish for the whole  September month . I am hoping all should worked out this way.  And my Register Bank Balance should  be also accurate  Just to add there is no  discrepancy.   My Year end is August 31 -2021 Honestly i am scared -  I do not want August 2021 Bank to be impacted by  this mistake .  Thanks a lot - my QuickBooks community

when i login show 3 account , i want one remove

I use QBOA to run my bookkeeping business. I need to invite my accountant to view my personal business books, not my clients books. There is no way to do this. I can only invite an accountant from my clients books not my own. Why?

i want to start a chat with another user when logged into multi-user mode (QB Desktop) and I cant start a chat. The "Start Chat" button isnt highlighted to let me start the chat.

A couple of weeks ago, I was able to log in without adding the sent code by QuickBooks and my bank accounts were updated every time I need it. Now I have to add the code every single time I log in. How to stop that?

We have QuickBooks Pro (Canada), I have read all the docs many times over but can't seem to find a straight answer to this so I apologize if this is covered.  I personally need to access Quickbooks on 2 different computers at my shop,   We have gone through the procedures here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/apps-integrations/set-up-and-install-a-multi-user-network-for-quickbooks-desktop/01/262019 My question is:  do I need to have a 2 user license to operate QB's on both machines?
