Quickbook balance is out by about £100,000 and my quickbook support advisor says that is normal??

So my quickbooks balance is wildly off despite checking opening balance etc etc. I think there is a glitch. I rang quickbooks and they said that this was nothing to worry about and completely normal! is that right?

Problems connecting to CAF bank

We have been unable to connect to CAF bank for about 5 days now.  We have tried disconnecting but all it comes up with is this.  Is there a problem or is there anything else we can do.  I don't want to have to import a file as it doesn't bring the information across in the same way. Looks like the connection to CAF Bank isn’t available right now.Try again in a few hours.
