Noticed this error message when saving timesheets.  Is this a temporary problem that will be fixed soon?

I am noting under payroll sales tax that I can generate one of the ROE's but not the other. Wondering if this is a glitch or if I terminated the employee incorrectly (though I did the first one and I can see her ROE....)

I have updated the software today prior to payroll creation to finish 2019  The cheque was issued and the tax amounts were shown to be in 2020 and not in 2019 as the payroll period ended December 31st 2019 This will create an error on the employee T4's and will have to be corrected asap Please advise how to proceed

Using quickbooks 2019 enterprise. If I go to the employees tab and try to update information there within about three transactions quickbooks will stop responding. If we wait approx 3-5 minutes it will start responding again and work for 1-5 transactions.We haveVerified dataRebuilt dataand Condensed data to no avail.Windows logs show SOME errors:An unexpected error has occured in Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 19.0: DBConnPool::HandleConnectionError errorCode:-6069, dbCode:-103 from file:src\connpool.cpp at line 1042 from function:DBMgr::DBConnPool::init- An unexpected error has occured in "Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions:DQE execution failed. 2018 they were not to have any deductions took off or vacation pay added.I need a lump sum and it will only let me do a bi-weekly amount.

If I process my PR usually on Wednesday for a Friday drop, with the holiday on the 31 does this change things or NOT?

There are no negative amounts entered and I have checked the employee information to see if the pay per hour and the deduction amounts are correct.

I've changed parameters, salary amounts, and everytime I get the same error and nothing gets processed in the payroll.  Any help would be appreciated.
