I choose to import all the transactions but the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the screen does not work.

There is a green checkmark on the bottom right on the account that I just uploaded the file. I did review all transaction of the last month. It shows "This account is up to date". I want to upload the file again to record another month. How can I fix this problem?

Hello Everyone, Good day. Is there a way to get "transaction list by account" or "reports" data from QBO using PBI? I filtered using the account but only giving me the balance of the account.

the credit goes to the default bank account number.  I cant see the column for debits to complete double entry

Hi,I've recently switched from Surf Accounts to Quickbooks Online and I'm looking to import all of my existing data, including customers, customer balances, purchase records, invoices and so on. The file that Surf Accounts exports is a single XML file which I've been able to transform into an Excel file however it still doesn't seem to work for Quickbooks.Does anyone have experience with a similar migration? Do I need to consult a third party to assist with the migration or does Quickbooks have a sufficient onboarding/migration team that can help with things like this?Thanks,Paul

Hola.  Pude importar un plan de cuentas correctamente. El unico inconveniente que no logro resolver es cómo hacer que también se importe cuando una cuenta es Primaria y cuando otra es secundaria. ¿hay alguna forma de hacer que esto se pase también automaticamente desde el excel? El excel que importé tenía una secuencia masomenos así:  1101 Activo Corriente = CUENTA PRIMARIA[removed]  Caja = CUENTA SECUNDARIA [removed] Banco = CUENTA SECUNDARIA Pero quedaron en Quickbook todas como si fueran primarias. No me separó cuales eran las secundarias y esto tuve que hacerlo a mano,  una por una. ¿Hay forma de que en la importación del plan de cuentas pueda ponerle si corresponde a primaria o a secundaria? Gracias

We only migrate GL balance from previous year to QB currently. Going forward we want to migrate GL balance + transaction details of each account on QB. How to do that and is there a .csv format available for migration?

 In our app merchants in Uganda can perform the following types of transactions using Mobile Money:Payment: movement of money from customer to merchant in exchange for goods or services. Withdrawal: movement of money from customer to merchant in exchange for cash. Top-up: movement of money from merchant to customer in exchange for cash. Refund: movement of money from merchant to customer linked to the successful payment in the past.  We need to export these transactions into QB.Would it be correct to create the following transactions for each merchant in their QB online company?:Sales receipt for our Payments and WithdrawalsRefund receipt for our Refunds and Top-ups Thanks in advance.
