If i want to start the 2022 accounts is it too late to import the data to quicbooks

You can still import data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) months after subscribing to the software. Let me further help you import your data to QBO to start your 2022 accounts. 

You can import your list of customers and suppliers, products and services, multiple open invoices or bills, chart of accounts, or bank transactions into the software. Before doing so, it's vital to ensure that the file you're importing is in CSV file type and follows correct file size and formatting.

If you want to start fresh in QBO, you can consider deleting all data at once or deleting your transactions individually before importing your data. I'm adding these articles as guides:
