I'm trying to map the CoA screen to the "edit" or "new" screen which is displayed if one wants to add or edit an account. For example, in CoA one sees Number, Name, Type, Detail Type. However, in New or Edit one sees Account Type, Detail Type, Name, Number, Description. While some of the "terms" are obvious, others are not. I find it rather confusing. Thanks
SHOULD I START WITH CURRENT YEAR AND THEN DO PRIOR YEAR?
I have a couple of clients that have just migrated from QB Desktop to QBO. They both have an issue with sent e-mails. Wanting to streamline things, they are willing to use the on-line mailing system, but neither like the fact that they cannot view the sent e-mails anywhere. Saving as PDFs and e-mailing manually is a solution, but the saving of PDFs is slow and this does not add a "SENT" notification to the transaction (list of invoices and quotes etc.).Any solutions?Many thanksMandy

Using Quickbooks online
I linked the bank account selecting it to upload transaction from January to date but it only shows transactions from the last week of July.
I've added a client which was linked to a subscription on Quickbooks Online Plus. We then cancel the subscription in order to downgrade the plan to Essentials and re-subscribe. We want to delete the original client from Quickbooks Online Accountant. How do we do it?
