I received an email that the payment was successful but noticed a new Company ID which I found odd. I also subscribed for the plan before the expiration of my trial via QuickBooks website. The new company created by mistake has not been used by I and my team and we cannot work with our main QuickBooks account as it keeps prompting us to subscribe. Please I need help asap as the frustration is getting out of hand and our subscription is running in that blank company created for nothing.Looking forward to a positive response from anyone please.

you are collecting the charges too high compare to other online software companies, you are saying small business but u collecting the charges too high, if you do business like that everyone will unsubscribe you, u can't give competation to other companies

If there’s a way to transfer data from the existing company (under free plan) to the new company (created accidentally as i intended to pay for the existing company under free trial) that would be great, to save up time re-enter the datas.

Hello, I am trying to find an invoice for the annual subscription i just purchased from Quickbooks so I can submit it for grant funding purposes. It isn't showing up in my Billing and Payment sections. Is there another way to find this receipt of payment? I have not received an email confirming the subscription but my account does reflect that I now have an annual subscription. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!M
