I know I can amend the designs already incorporated in the quickbooks template design, however I want to add our company template already created in a word/ pdf format. I want our logo to appear larger than the options given in quickbooks.

I upload receipts or email them into the system. But then I still do a lot of manual work on each one before uploading it - although they are very similar. Outside of QB I automate the rest of my manual actions with AI

The account has over 700 transactions over the last 2 years. The transaction types are "expense" mainly.

My actual bank also suddenly won't update in QB when I manually upload transactions. Only the "In Quickbooks" updates correctly, but the top "Bank Balance" remains on the incorrect amount.

For the past two weeks the connection to ABSA has been off and Standard Bank is struggling for the past week. Did something change on QB side that we are not aware of?
