QuickBooks Online (QBO) only supports CSV, QBO, OFX, and QFX files when
uploading bank data into your Online account. Since your bank only provided a PDF copy of the
statement, you'll first need to convert it to one of the supported file
formats.
You might want to check online for any applications that can help you convert a PDF file into the supported file formats.
Once you've successfully converted the statement, you can follow the steps in these articles on how to import them:
this is the most frustrating thing i have ever donee. i want to quit this entire system because of it.
the bank statements for previous months can only be downloaded in pdf. i then convert it to cvs but then i try to upload it theres always some isse about colums or just ordinary errors with no explenation.
if you could supply a template todownload that i can just copy the dayes , memo and amounts soi can upload it please.
As of this moment, we only support CSV, QBO, OFX, and QFX files in QuickBooks. Also to successfully upload your file, you'll need to follow the QuickBooks format.
