can I add my own invoice template design into quickbooks?

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not support adding your own invoice template design created in Word or PDF format.

You are limited to customizing the templates available in the Custom Form Styles section.

Additionally, when it comes to your company logo, QBO offers limited sizing options.

You can only choose between Small, Medium, and Large.

By this, I recommend providing Feedback to our Product Engineers to inform them of your needs.

This helps them evaluate new ideas and consider implementing your request as a future feature.

Here's how you can send Feedback:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
3. Share your Feedback in the box.
4. Click Next once done.

On the other hand, you can integrate them with QBO through a third-party app.
