Why are HMRC insisting that I have underpaid on employer NI contributions?I have or at least thought I had ticked all the right boxes to claim employment allowance, the P32 reportshows the employment allowance as being deducted. Unpaid invoices are being marked as paid, then when I check it has another client's payment attached. All payments have Invoice number as reference so there shouldn't be an issue.

I have ported this across from old PC using Laplink. However when I use QB it throws a Crash Com Error. I am tempted to reinstall from the PC but wonder what I will lose in updates
Employee started Dec, part paid that month below AE level, first proper pay was January but not enrolled, put into postponement. Now gone to do payroll and its telling me the employee can be postponed again? So I go into the system to postpone and keep getting the above error, even when QB's has only got eligible dates available to choose.

I just reconfirmed my bank account with no problems but now missing all this month's transactions. The only advice I can find is for a non self employed account. How do you update bank transactions please?
The Bank dropdown list when recording a payment does not list all bank accounts so I am unable to select the correct bank.
Obviously I can select 'Budget format' when creating a new budget, I'm talking specifically about the Import option. I'm only offered 1-2-3 (Time period; download template; upload budget) and the template doesn't offer and subdivision.
I want to set up a series of automatic invoice reminders for overdue invoices.However, sometimes a customer has a valid reason for not paying straight away - possibly due a dispute. So I want to stop the invoice reminders until the dispute is resolved.Can this be done?
In the last pay run, all employees have been marked as leavers in their last payroll, their P45s have been issued, and the last FPS have been sent to HMRC (by Quickbooks). But Quickbooks is still showing that payroll is overdue (though we no longer have active employees on payroll) - see screenshot. How do you switch off payroll? We've also cancelled our payroll subscription as we are no longer using this feature - all had been marked as leavers already. Additionally, there's an alert under 'Taxes' that we should submit an EPS (for when no employees were paid in the period), but we no longer have employees and thus no one that needs to be paid (which might be different from having employees and not paying them).

Can I get a CSV file for payments to upload to the bank to pay, currently have to manually enter into the bank and mistakes can be made too easily. (is there a place in QB to put supplier Bank details- I have found one place but for account no but that's all. Also when I pay at the moment, how can I easily send remittance, I have tried before on one only, but it marks as paid then when money comes out the bank I don't know how to allocate that part. - again this seems to be a one by one, not a bulk payment. When I post expenses through the Journal Entry, I can assign customer/donor to both debit and credit accounts and gives perfect results. However, we use QBO Advanced workflow approvals and it is giving us a headache in having a reconciled balance sheet by customer/donor. The same issue is with using classes through workflow forms.
How do I add a tool expensive invoice.
