I have a client who is using the UAE version of QB online and since last 3 months he is unable to connect his ADCB bank a/c to bank feeds in QBO. We raised a query to QBO support team and last week received a mail stating that the issue has been resolved. However, the issue still persists. How do we resolve this or has anyone from UAE faced a similar issue?
the massage reads "your subscription were suspended because we couldnt process your payment. want to keep your pricing and reactivating your plan? resubscribe by 07/04/2022. please i cant wait for one month. i have resolved the issues with my bank . please permit me to resubscribe earlier than next month

I received an email that the payment was successful but noticed a new Company ID which I found odd. I also subscribed for the plan before the expiration of my trial via QuickBooks website. The new company created by mistake has not been used by I and my team and we cannot work with our main QuickBooks account as it keeps prompting us to subscribe. Please I need help asap as the frustration is getting out of hand and our subscription is running in that blank company created for nothing.Looking forward to a positive response from anyone please.

you are collecting the charges too high compare to other online software companies, you are saying small business but u collecting the charges too high, if you do business like that everyone will unsubscribe you, u can't give competation to other companies
Why did they increase the subscription fee more than 3 times? Is this not a ripp off?
