Your post is a bit vague, to be honest, but I've checked your other post and learned that the user you invited couldn't access your QBO company. I will help you resolve this.
Is the user still in the process of accepting the invitation, or is he done with it and is now having a hard time signing in? Is there an error message?
If the invitation still shows as pending in the Manage users section, you can cancel it and send a new one so the person can receive a new link. You can also share this article to guide him in troubleshooting sign-in issues: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
