when I pull the journal report it lists all types of transactions (JE, Invoices, receipts...) and the trans no in this report is missing some numbers. The trans no is the numbering of all transactions and is different from the serial of each type of transaction (like invoices serial) where are the missing transactions ?! I never delete transactions (maybe happened once or twice in 2 years

For various reasons, we want to use the general journal entry for certain transactions and we would like to record the VAT of the particular entries. How to we go about doing this?Do we need to choose the VAT liability account?Do we need to choose a VAT Item?Which VAT Item do we choose?Does anyone have detailed instructions with various scenarios on the above questions?Thank you.

Able to produce a customised Sales by product report but would like to see it also as a Summary report of the same data.  Possible to toggle between the two as in QB desktop?

Hello, How do I use the job date (invoice line item date) in a report. If I use any report type, I can only pull up the invoice tax date, usually the end of the month, but I need to have the job date in the report. This is so that I can export it to Excel. Unless there is a different way to export a batch of invoices to Excel? Thanks, Alan

We need this integration done now. Also its been months since i requested you fix the1. deposits  with class not showing up on reports bug 2. cash reports now showing correctly w/ accrual journal entries These haven't been fixed yet, and all the while you're charging me extra for class features which is totally unfair.
