Hello, I am setting up the books for a company that provides services to customers in Canada and the US. The company offers the same 10 services in each country. Customers in each country are billed in their respective currency. I would like to track CAD revenue and USD revenue in separate accounts. It seems the only way to do this is create the same set of services (Products and Services) for each country the only difference being the income account they are associated with. When creating invoices, users would have to choose the service that is associated with the correct income account. Is this the best practice or is there another way to handle this? Many thanks!!
I have a company with two divisions. We have customers for each division and some customers are using both divisions. So we want to be able to invoice and record the receivables and payables for each division. All receivables are into the same bank account.
Hello QB Community, I am new to QB and I need some assistance. I just began keeping the books for a start-up non-profit. I was wondering how I enter donations in my version of QB (currently using Premier Desktop 2018). My issues is: I do not see a Donations icon or Sales Receipt icon on the Home Page. Did I set-up the company, incorrectly? Please advise... P.S. I've included a PDF of my Home Page View (see attachment). Thanks In Advance,Khanna17
The product is currently listed as "Service", and it doesn't have a cost associated with it. I am worried that when I set the cost of the product (after the type is set to inventory), the past COGS will suddenly go up.
I am trying to track the number of items entered per hour so I can estimate costs for clients but I have no accurate way of getting the total number of receipts reviewed unless I manually count items in the audit log.
