HiI have a client who sells the majority of their 'goods' through Ebay international, with sales across the UK, EU, extended Europe and the USA.  I am about to introduce them to QBO Plus and need to suggest an API that will capture VAT inputs and outputs, commissions etc from sales and purchases.  I have no experience here but I am aware of Synder and Greenback APIs.  I would really appreciate any comments, good or bad, about either of these + any suggestions of alternatives.  Cheers.  Mike

I chose the QB Accounts from the dropdown menus that look correct but when I click save it gives this message 'Something went wrong with the configuration, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.' I contacted their support and they said it was possibly to do with the VAT part - we don't pay VAT so I tried all the QB codes for zero VAT and all the codes for 5% Vat (I even created an iZettle 5% on QB as they suggested) but still no luck

I have been using Quickbooks on iPhone for the past several years. On the iPhone Quickbooks app when you add a new expense it remembers the 'Which Account?' you used and 'Type of Expense'. The Android version of Quickbooks does not.  Every time i enter a new Expense i have to select the 'Expense Account' and then categorize 'Who you paid?' For example:  I select CASH as pay method, it should default to '2020 Expense' account because thats what I use all the time, then when i select 'Who you paid?', for example (McDonalds), it should already know the category is 'Food' based on the last time I entered the same transaction. The IOS version worked flawlessly. I don't understand why the Android version works differently. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! Hoping someone may be able to help with this: We use GoCardless to collect monthly recurring payments over a set period and need to link customer payments/installments to the one invoice number in Quickbooks to match information across our business systems. We have the GC App installed and have been testing to see if it will fit in with what we need it to (currently the whole manual reconcilaition process between receiving payments and recording this manually in QB's is taking ages) I have a bespoke backend admin panel on my website that will generate the invoice first (we then enter these details into QB's) We want to use the GC app DD system within QB's to manage/sync the direct debit process with GC but are having difficulties keeping all info the same between the 2 systems. When QB's auto-generates the next receipt/invoice it uses the next sequential invoice number available. We need any sales receipt/DD payment to be recorded against the 1 invoice to keep n

Hi, Very new to quick book and I wish to connect PayPal to my quick books account but I wish to disable PayPal from sending out invoices to any of my customers as they already receive an invoice from my e-commerce website, is this possible? Thanks in advance Garrrie
