My app has stopped saving. The message says unable to process at the moment. I've tried clearing cache, deleting app, rebooted phone and still won't work.

Thanks for getting back. Yes it will save when I use it online. Its just when using the app on android

They have the necessary tools and can work with our engineers to get the app working again.
