Hi sales50, thanks for your post. We're aware of an issue where customers are unable to change transaction the type when reviewing from the bank on the iOS app as no dropdown is available - is this the same issue that you're experiencing?
For troubleshooting purposes, please uninstall and reinstall the app and check that you're updated to the most recent iOS version (currently iOS 16.3) - if you're still unable to review the transactions following this, please attach a screenshot below so that we can investigate further. 🧐
